LUNCHROOM LADIES 50 YEAR OLD BROWNIE RECIPE!

BROWNIES

**Brownies*
1 c butter
1/2 c cocoa
2 c flour
2 c sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts.

Pour in 9x13 pan, bake 20-25 mins on 350. Check at 20 minutes.

**Icing*
1/4 c softened butter
¼ c can milk (regular milk is fine)
1/4 c cocoa
3 c powdered sugar
dash salt

Mix all together & frost as desired.

Where to use: Mini-blinds, fans, lamps banisters, chandeliers, plants, tops of cupboards, vehicle dashboards and vents.
How to use:
Place on hand to dust. For heavily soiled surfaces moisten the Mitt or use a damp Enviro Cloth and continue to clean thoroughly. Clean by shaking outside, vacuuming or using the Rubber Brush.

Window Cloth

Where to use: Windows, mirrors, bathroom, vanity units, crystal, glass tables, granite countertops, brushed and stainless steel and chrome.
How to use: Spray water on the glass using the Norwex Spray Bottle or wipe with a moist Enviro Cloth to remove dirt and debris. Fold the cloth to give you sixteen sides and start ping. Continue to unfold the cloth to new sides to ensure you are finishing the surface with a clean side at all times. For heavily soiled glass or counters, clean first with the Enviro Cloth and water, then finish with a dry Window Cloth.

Buddy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

My son saw Rachel Ray and Buddy (cake boss) making these on her show. We love to make these, they are very simple and so good!

BUDDY'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

2 sticks butter (1 cup), room temp
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 XL eggs, room temp
2 cups of flour
teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
1 cup milk chocolate chips or chunks

Preheat oven 350F, middle rack. In a bowl, whisk cinnamon into flour. In a stand mixer with paddle: Put butter, both sugars, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Beat medium just until ingredients come together as a mass.

Add eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated, stopping to scrape sides as needed. On low, add flour/cinnamon and beat just until incorporated. Add chips and beat just until incorporated.

On baking sheets lined with parchment, drop batter by heaping tablespoon, 15 per sheet, max. Bake 13-15 minutes, turning midway until just golden brown on edges. Let cool on racks.

How to use:
Use dry to attract dirt and dust particles by static charge.
Use wet/damp to wipe away dirt and debris from all washable surfaces using only water.
